  1. Knead the dough from these products. I do it in a bread maker, it’s convenient, fast and high-quality. While kneading the dough, cook the mushrooms, chop in a blender or pass through a meat grinder. Fry in vegetable oil, add salt. Peel the potatoes, cut them into thin slices and pour boiling water over them. Roll out the finished dough into a circle with a diameter of 35 cm ..
  2. Turn on the oven to warm up. Place the dough in a pizza pan or on a baking sheet, forming small sides. Put the potatoes on it, add salt.
  3. Spread the mushroom mass on the potatoes.
  4. Leave in the heat for 20 minutes. Lay out the pieces of butter. Place in the oven and bake at 190 degrees for 35 minutes. Check the readiness of the potatoes with a knife or toothpick.
  5. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, sprinkle the pie with cheese. And again in the oven for 5-10 minutes, and under the grill.
