Dough:
Pour water, oil, salt and sugar into a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes. This is a prerequisite. Cool completely.
Dilute the yeast in 50 ml of warm water. Add to the cooled oil liquid. Gradually adding flour and stirring with a spatula, knead the dough, which will stick to your hands.
P.S. Pay attention to the flour. Its density is different in all regions, so add it gradually, taking into account the recommendations I gave above.
