  1. Prepare the necessary products. Pour warm water and milk into a cup, add sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour and yeast. Mix it. Cover the cup with a towel or cling film, leave it warm for 10 minutes so that the yeast “starts”.
  2. Then add salt, vegetable oil and sifted flour.
  3. Knead the dough. It should be elastic, but not tight, not stick to your hands. Transfer it to a cup, cover with a towel and let it rise in a warm place for 30-40 minutes. After the time has elapsed, it will grow well and increase in volume.
  4. The finished dough is rolled into a round blank of the desired thickness. Place on a baking sheet. Next, make small sides, distribute the curd cheese around the edges and cover with dough.
  5. Now it’s the turn of the filling. Grind the Bulgarian lecho in a blender.
  6. Brush the dough with crushed lecho in Bulgarian.
  7. Put the tomatoes and peppers, cut into slices.
  8. Then lay out the bacon and pineapples.
  9. Beat 2 eggs and pour on the pizza. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20 minutes. Then sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
  10. The pizza turns out to be very tender, fragrant, soft. And the sides with cottage cheese give even more pleasure.
