Ingredients

Potatoes

Chicken eggs

Parmesan

Green onions
finely chopped

Greens
finely chopped, I have dill and parsley

(to taste)
Black pepper
(to taste)
Vegetable oil
(for frying)
Bread crumbs
(to taste)
Instructions
Wash and boil the potatoes in salted water, then cool slightly, peel and mash in mashed potatoes.
Season with salt and pepper, add eggs, grated parmesan, chopped garlic clove, chopped herbs and green onions.
Shape the cutlets, pan them as desired and fry on both sides until golden brown.
Serve immediately with any sauce of your choice. Enjoy your meal!
