Vegetable oil
Instructions
Peel the potatoes and boil until tender. Mash, pepper and salt.
Add egg, flour, butter, cheese, chopped herbs and finely grated cheese.
Place the potato mass on a floured surface and roll out into a layer about 0.8 cm thick. Cut out the circles with a small glass, pan in flour.
Fry in preheated vegetable oil for a couple of minutes on each side. Serve with fresh vegetables or any sauce.
