  1. Vegetables that I used: zucchini, potatoes, carrots and pumpkin. You can exclude any vegetable that you don’t need. You can use only zucchini or only potatoes. From some zucchini, the dish will turn out to be especially tender.
  2. It is necessary to grate the vegetables on a fine grater, add salt and squeeze well after a few minutes. You will need 3-3. 5 cups of grated pressed vegetables. On the form 20-24 cm .
  3. Add 0.5 tbsp flour, vegetable oil and half a teaspoon of starch to the grated vegetables. Place in a greased and parchment-lined mold, forming the sides and bottom. We send it to the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Bake at a temperature of 170 degrees.
  4. Cut the mushrooms, dip them in salted water, cook for a couple of minutes.
  5. To pour, mix eggs, milk, 0.5 tsp starch, salt and nutmeg.
  6. Put the mushrooms and cheese on the bottom of the basket.
  7. Pour in the milk mixture, lay out the circles of tomatoes. Sprinkle with fresh or dried herbs (I have basil).
  8. Bake for another 20-25 minutes.
  9. Wait 15 minutes and remove from the mold. Juicy delicious pie. It is better to cut it when it is almost completely cooled.
