Ingredients

Instructions
An hour or two before mixing, mix ground dried mushrooms with fermented baked milk.
Add to the “mushroom fermented baked milk”, sugar and yeast. Allow 5 to 10 minutes.
Add flour, salt, and oil.
Knead dough. It’s slightly sticky.
Cover with cling film, towel and leave for 1 hour in the heat.
Turn on the oven to warm up. Knead the fermented dough.
On a dusty Mat, stretch the dough into a circle, 1 cm thick.
Brush the dough with sour cream and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Arrange the onion washers and garlic plates. Brush the onion with olive oil, sprinkle with mushroom powder and salt.
Bake the tortilla until Golden, 230 – 250 degrees, 15 – 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
