  1. Add eggs (2 pcs.) to a bowl.
  2. Beat the eggs into a light foam. Add vanilla (1/2 tsp), baking powder (1 tsp), add 1 tsp vinegar (9%).
  3. Add the flavor “Chocolate” – 3 drops. Whisk the mixture.
  4. Add the total amount of sugar (140 gr.). Beat the mixture until the sugar dissolves.
  5. Then add milk (200 ml.). Add melted coconut chips (150 gr.) and melted butter (50 gr.).
  6. Then add flour (230 gr.). Beat the mixture well. Leave the mixture for 1 hour. – 1 hour. 30 min.
  7. Put paper capsules in a baking dish. Add the liquid dough (2/3 parts) to the capsules. Sprinkle chocolate drops on top. Send the mold to a preheated 180-190C oven.
  8. Bake the cupcakes until golden brown. Then check the cupcakes for the presence of a dry crust. Everyone chooses the baking time independently, focusing on the capabilities of their oven. They are all different.
