Very easy to prepare recipe for delicious, healthy, flavorful baked vegetables. You can eat as a side dish or an independent dish, delicious both hot and cold.
The number of vegetables, of course, is arbitrary and to your taste. Take: eggplant, zucchini or zucchini, bell pepper, onion, tomatoes. Wash, clean and cut into large pieces.
Preparing the marinade. Mix soy sauce, vegetable oil, Apple cider vinegar, add chopped dill and crushed garlic. I prefer garlic in small pieces, not squeezed out. Add a little salt and pepper mixture.
Fill the vegetables with marinade. Stir. Put the vegetables on a baking sheet or in the form in which you will bake, close the lid or tighten the film and leave to marinate for 1 hour.
Next, put the vegetables in the oven heated to 200 degrees and bake for 40 minutes.
