  2. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Chop the onion, three carrots on a coarse grater. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and carrot for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add broccoli. Also cook for a couple more minutes.
  4. Cut tomatoes into 4 pieces, chop garlic.
  5. Add the chopped tomatoes and garlic. Add salt and ground black pepper. Stir and cook for a couple more minutes.
