  1. You need to make minced meat for meatballs. This can be done at home or directly on a picnic. It won’t take long, I’ll use ready-made minced meat. I’ll take 300 g. Put in a bowl, salt and pepper, add finely chopped onion, chicken egg and a handful of rice. Knead the minced meat thoroughly. Covered with a lid, let it stand for a while. I’ll take care of the vegetables.
  2. Vegetables are cut arbitrarily, but do not need to be minced. I’ll use a wok for cooking. Wok – a round deep Chinese frying pan with a convex bottom of small diameter. Unlike “Western” pans, a traditional wok has a spherical shape. To find out the number of products in the photo, I will specify the size of my wok. D-28 cm (this is the top ) height-10 cm. You can use a cauldron for cooking. I poured the oil, warmed it and put the onion. I’ve turned down the heat a little, I don’t eat too much fried food. Who likes and eats, fry stronger vegetables. To the onion put carrots, zucchini, bell pepper. The fire is quite strong, so we constantly interfere with vegetables. Add the potatoes. Also fry to your taste.
  3. Fill with water 1 cm above the vegetables. Cover with a lid, bring to a boil, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, salt and spread the meatballs in the vegetables, which we form with wet hands and immediately put on top of the vegetables. From the amount of minced meat that I made, I got 9 pieces of standard meatballs. Cook until tender. This is not long 15-20 minutes. Next, put the tomatoes ( I will put the whole), garlic cloves, black pepper, rings of chopped chili pepper (I have 7 rings about 0.4 cm thick), Bay leaf. I removed the chili seeds. If there are children, do not put chili pepper, it will be sharp. Cook for 3-5 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped herbs and remove from the heat.
