Add salt, soda, vegetable oil and melted butter.
Soda can not be added. I add it so that the dough is not sour, as it happens on kefir.
Add the remaining flour in parts. Knead some sticky dough. Brush the top with vegetable oil so that it does not fade. Leave in a warm place for 50 minutes. It just so happened that I had to leave for a couple of hours. I put the dough in the refrigerator. And I got it after 3 hours. It rose well and was not sticky at all, it is pleasant to work with it.
