This pie is similar to one of those cases when you ate just one piece, your hand reaches up, and your eyes cling to the next one and only by force of will you give yourself the command, come on, come on, stop! Amazingly delicious cake!

  1. Chop cookies of the type with a rolling pin or a blender and add soft butter, mix well.
  2. In a detachable mold or ring with a diameter of 16-18 cm (which it would be desirable to cover with an acetate film), put the cookies, tamp it and put it in the refrigerator.
  3. Fill the gelatin with water and leave it to swell.
  4. Whisk the cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks. Add the dissolved and slightly warmed gelatin to the yogurt, mix quickly, add whipped cream and vanilla extract (or vanillin).
  5. Take the sand base out of the refrigerator and pour the yogurt mass on it, put it in the refrigerator until it hardens, for 2 hours.
  6. For jelly, pour gelatin with water, let it swell, add warm juice, mix.
  7. Put the gelatin on a layer of well-frozen yogurt.
  8. Put the grapes on top and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  9. Use a sharp knife to draw along the side of the mold, remove the rings. The pie without baking is ready!
