  1. Wash and dry the potatoes.
  2. Slice the smoked ribs.
  3. Vegetables should also be washed, dried and coarsely chopped.
  4. Put the potatoes in a baking sleeve, sprinkle with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt, black pepper.
  5. Add all the vegetables, herbs and garlic to the husk.
  6. Put the ribs on top of the potatoes.
