Instructions
Grate the zucchini on the coarse side of the grater. Let stand for 5-7 minutes.
In a separate bowl, grate the onion, cheese and melted cheese.
Add finely chopped green onions and dill.
Grated zucchini is well wrung out with your hands from the liquid and add to the rest of the ingredients.
Beat in the eggs and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Add flour.
Mix thoroughly.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, add the zucchini pancakes with a tablespoon and fry over medium heat until Golden brown.
Gently flip and fry the other side. Put the finished pancakes on a napkin to remove excess oil.
Serve with sour cream.
