A La Pizza with Pumpkin Recipe

  1. In one bowl, stir sugar and yeast in warm water. Leave to approach for 15 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, mix flour, salt, 1/2 teaspoon thyme, 1 egg, olive oil (can be replaced with sunflower) and the yeast that has come up. Knead the dough. Place in a greased bowl, cover with a towel and leave to rise for 45 minutes in a warm place.
  3. Peel and slice the pumpkin randomly.
  4. Onion cut into half rings, pork cut into small pieces.
  5. Add sunflower oil, pork and onion to the pan. Lightly fry.
  6. Add the chopped pumpkin. Fry until half cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper or Teflon sheet. Lay out the dough and stretch the dough over the entire surface of the baking sheet with your hands greased with sunflower oil.
  8. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream and egg. Whisk lightly. Lubricate the surface with dough.
  9. Put the filling on the sour cream. Spread over the entire surface of the mozzarella.
  10. Bake in a preheated 200° oven for 25 minutes.
  11. Pizza is good both hot and cold!
