Broccoli Salad with Vegetables Recipe
This is my favorite holiday salad. I tried it ten years ago and fell in love almost immediately. Since then, I’ve been trying to cook as often as possible. It is very good to serve it on a festive table – it has few calories, and it can be safely consumed throughout the evening without exposing yourself to the pangs of conscience. Constant use and enjoyment of taste. If you have your own broccoli, then you can not blanch it with boiling water, but put it in a raw salad.

  1. Broccoli is disassembled into inflorescences that are convenient for eating. Pour the broccoli with boiling water for 1 minute, drain and cool well under a stream of ice water. Then dry it very well – it depends on the taste of the salad.
  2. Chop the washed and dried vegetables coarsely. Cut the eggs into 8 pieces. Onions are easier to cut along the onion. Break off the leaves from the parsley, the stems are not needed. Finely chop the garlic, do not use a press.
  3. Put the vegetables and eggs in a bowl on top of the broccoli.
  4. Mix vinegar, soy sauce and sugar, mix well. Then pour in a thin stream of oil and mix well. Add sesame oil – if possible. Gently mix the salad, cover with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for an hour – to exchange tastes and impressions.
  5. Before serving, sprinkle with finely chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
