Instructions
Grate the carrots on a fine grater.
Melt the butter. I made it in the microwave.
Condensed milk, egg, salt, vanilla sugar and melted butter mix until smooth. I whipped it up a bit. Add the carrots.
Add the sifted flour and baking powder. It turns out a pretty thick dough.
Cover the cake pan with baking paper and lay out our dough.
Put it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 25-30 minutes. Focus on your oven. That’s the kind of cupcake I got.
Before serving, you can optionally sprinkle with powdered sugar.
