So … let’s make meatballs.
Finely chop the green onions and parsley,or you can take onions. Leave some of the parsley for the potato meatballs.
Add the minced egg, breadcrumbs, peppers and salt to taste, onion and parsley. Garlic can be taken granulated or cut fresh.
Take a dry mint, a pinch or if there is a fresh one, a few leaves.
Let the mince stand for 20 minutes and then roll small meatballs.
