  1. The cauliflower head is divided into inflorescences.
  2. Boil for 3 minutes in salted water, then discard on a sieve. I use fresh white cabbage and frozen lilac cabbage. (In the fall I boiled lilac, cooled it and put it in the freezer.)
  3. Place the cauliflower in a suitable fireproof mold.
  4. Peel and slice the onion and carrot. Onion – rings, carrot – straws. Add to the cabbage.
  5. Put sour cream, eggs and ketchup in a whipping container. Salt. We prepare the dressing sauce. Using a powerful blender is quick and easy. I have a great helper – a blender, a whipping nozzle.
  6. A couple of taps – and the homogeneous sauce is ready.
  7. Pour the sauce over the vegetables, put grated cheese on top.
  8. Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 190-200 degrees. I always put glass molds in a cold oven, You can do this, based on personal experience, in a cold or warm form. It is delicious both hot and completely chilled.
