Instructions
Put the dough on a board sprinkled with flour, defrost.
Add sugar to the eggs.
Whisk until white.
Add cottage cheese, lemon zest, semolina. There is no semolina in the recipe, but the cottage cheese turns out to be very liquid. Let it brew.
Beat egg whites into a strong foam, add to the curd mass.
Mix gently.
Cut the dough into squares. Roll out, put the filling in the center.
Lubricate the edges of the dough with water, fasten the corners, giving the shape of a house.
Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Let stand for 15 minutes, brush with egg, bake in a preheated oven to 200C for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished cheesecakes with powdered sugar. Enjoy your meal!
