I saw a photo of a butterfly-shaped cake on a German website and decided to try to reproduce this creation, only with cottage cheese filling. I hope you enjoy it.

Instructions
  1. Roll out half of the puff pastry into a thin layer. Put it on baking paper on a baking sheet. Trim the edges of the dough in the shape of butterfly wings.
  2. In the middle, where the butterfly body is, pour a path of brown sugar, I like the smallest, because it dissolves well when baking, and the caramel flavor gives the baking a zest.
  3. Weave a “pigtail” from 3 strips of dough and put it in the middle of the dough, bending the tips in the form of tendrils. From 2 strips of dough, weave flagella and lay out the edges of butterfly wings on them.
  4. Mix cottage cheese with brown sugar, raisins, sour cream and vanilla. The result was our filling.
  5. Put our filling on the wings.
  6. From the strips of dough on top of the filling, lay out the patterns on the wings. Brush the dough with yolk and put it in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15-20 minutes, until the dough turns golden.
  7. Remove the pie from the oven.
  8. Decorate the areas of the wings with jam. Cheesecake is ready, have a nice tea party!
