I want to share a recipe for an amazing cheesecake with orange, cooked very simply and quickly - we mix and bake everything, and we get a delicate, airy dough of semolina and a juicy filling with orange flavor!

  1. Grate the orange peel on a fine grater, I took 1/3 of the whole.

  2. Dough: mix semolina, wheat flour, egg, sour cream, sugar, baking powder and orange zest in a whisk or, as I have, in a food processor with a knife attachment. Pour the dough into the mold, I have a silicone one with a diameter of 26 cm, I did not lubricate it. The dough turned out to be liquid, like for pancakes.

  3. Filling: Cut the vanilla pod, peel the vanilla seeds with a sharp knife. Mix cottage cheese, egg, vanilla seeds (or vanillinol), sugar with a whisk, squeeze the juice from an orange slice, add to the filling.

  4. Place the filling on the dough so that the edges remain uncovered. Bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes until golden brown, the finished cheesecake filling will shake like a cheesecake.
