  3. Filling: cut vanilla pod, scrape vanilla seeds with a sharp knife. Mix with a whisk cottage cheese, egg, vanilla seeds ( or vanilla), sugar, orange slices squeeze the juice, add to the filling.

  4. Pour the filling on the dough so that the edges remain uncovered. Bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes until Golden in color, ready-made cheesecake filling will shake like cheesecake.
