Grate the orange zest on a small grater, I took 1/3 of the whole.
Dough: mix whisk or, like me, in a food processor nozzle knife semolina, wheat flour, egg, sour cream, sugar, baking powder and orange zest. Pour the dough into a mold, I have a diameter of 26 cm silicone, I did not lubricate it. The dough was liquid, as for pancakes.
Filling: cut vanilla pod, scrape vanilla seeds with a sharp knife. Mix with a whisk cottage cheese, egg, vanilla seeds ( or vanilla), sugar, orange slices squeeze the juice, add to the filling.
Pour the filling on the dough so that the edges remain uncovered. Bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes until Golden in color, ready-made cheesecake filling will shake like cheesecake.
