Chicken in Yogurt Recipe
The chicken turns out tender, juicy, sweet and sour. The most delicious dish (in my opinion) is obtained by using orange yogurt, although it is almost impossible to get it now.

Ingredients
  • 1,3kg ChickenWhole or individual parts: thighs, drumsticks, wings, breast
  • 3pieces Apples
  • 3pieces Onion
  • 2pieces Carrot
  • 0,3liter YogurtStandard packing. The best in my opinion with Orange flavor without additional fruit
  • 50ml Vegetable oilfor fry
  • SeasoningI use a mixture of spices for chicken, pork, barbecue (one teaspoon) and add a couple more h / l of salt. Mix and this mixture “RUB” the chicken
  • Saltto taste
Instructions
  1. Rinse the chicken or semi-finished product. Divide the carcass into parts – up to 8 parts.
  2. Prepare all the ingredients.
  3. Peel the onion, chop it finely.
  4. Grate the carrots on a fine longitudinal grater.
  5. Put everything in a saucepan. It is better to use dishes of increased volume.
  6. “RUB” the chicken with salt for seasoning.
  7. Pour vegetable oil into the pan.
  8. Spread the chicken pieces evenly in a preheated frying pan.
  9. Fry until golden brown, turning occasionally.
  10. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the apples.
  11. Grate on a fine grater, put in a saucepan and mix.
  12. Evenly distribute the browned chicken on a “pillow” of vegetables and fruits.
  13. Pour over the yogurt.
  14. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 40 minutes until tender. Enjoy your meal.
