  1. Grind the brown sugar into a powder in a coffee grinder. Brown cane sugar will give your dessert a caramel flavor and a delicate creamy color. Then whisk the cold cream with the resulting powder until stable peaks.
  2. Add cottage cheese and liqueur (syrup), gently beat with a mixer at the lowest speed for 1 minute.
  3. Put a small layer of cream and cottage cheese in the mold, smooth it out.
  4. Peel the mango and chop it with a blender (or just a fork) into a puree. If you have a greenish mango on sale, then in advance, three days in advance, “roll” it in flour, and it will “ripen”. Two sticks of cookies are well dipped from all sides in mango puree…

  6. Then again, a layer of the future parfait and a layer of cookies laid out in a staggered order compared to the first layer of sticks.
  7. The last layer is cream cheese. Now we put our dessert in the freezer for 5-6 hours. Tighten the remaining puree with a film and put it in the refrigerator.
  8. An hour before serving, remove the dessert from the freezer and let it thaw in the refrigerator. Garnish with pistachios and the remaining mango puree. This is amazing! Feel the taste of spring!!!
