Instructions
  1. Put the potatoes in a saucepan, pour cold water and salt. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat and simmer until soft, about 8 minutes. Drain the water.
  2. Put rosemary leaves, garlic, 2 tsp salt, red pepper flakes on a cutting board and chop with a large knife to a paste.
  3. Transfer the pasta to a bowl. Add the juice of 1 lemon and olive oil.
  4. Put the chicken fillet in the prepared marinade and mix.
  5. Then heat the pan over high heat. Lay out the chicken, cover and fry until it is browned, about 5 minutes.
  6. Turn the chicken over.
  7. Take a baking dish, put the fried chicken fillet into it, add finely chopped mushrooms and potatoes cut into quarters, pour the juice of the remaining lemon. Place the rosemary sprigs and lemon halves on top, from which the juice has been squeezed.
  8. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees. Put the baking dish in the oven and bake, uncovered, until the chicken is ready, for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
