  1. Wash the pepper, dry it, grease with vegetable oil and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Then put it in a plastic bag. When it cools down, remove the skin. You need to pick the tarragon leaves and finely chop them. You can replace tarragon with parsley.
  2. Grate the parmesan on a fine grater. Mix 2 tablespoons of parmesan, crackers and finely chopped tarragon leaves in a bowl and mix.
  3. Peel the garlic. Mix the cheese, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, and the remaining parmesan in a blender.
  4. Add some herbs and garlic. If the sauce turns out to be too thick, add more cream and mix. Preheat the oven to 180 *C.
  5. Wash the zucchini, dry it and cut it into very thin, almost like chips, circles. Pepper cut into longitudinal or wide strips.
  6. Grease the baking dish with oil, put half of the zucchini, add a little salt and pepper.
  7. Put half of the sauce on top and smooth it out. Then lay out the pepper strips.
  8. And season the remaining zucchini with salt and pepper.
  9. Pour over the remaining sauce.
  10. Spread the remaining mixture evenly on top.
  11. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown. Serve on green lettuce leaves as a main dish or side dish. Enjoy your meal!!!
