  1. In a blender, chop the liver, onion. Pour in the milk, break the egg. Add salt to taste, I added 0.5 tsp.
  2. Add olive oil and flour. Once again, whisk well with a blender.
  3. Heat the pan well. I fry without adding oil, I have a ceramic frying pan, nothing sticks. If there are problems with the frying pan, you can also use oil. Fry on each side for about a minute.
  4. I decided to take mushrooms for the filling, the season is just now. I’ve already boiled and frozen it. Evaporate the liquid from the mushrooms, add sunflower oil and fry. Add grated carrots and chopped tomatoes. Fry over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
  5. Grate the garlic and add it to the pan when the vegetables are ready. Mix everything well and turn it off. Add salt and spices to taste.
  6. Let the vegetables cool for a few minutes. Add sour cream. We all love her, so I didn’t regret it. Mix the filling.
