Marble Brownies with Blackberries and Blueberries Recipe

  1. Prepare the cheese layer. Mix the cottage cheese at room temperature, sugar and yolk with a whisk.
  2. Break the chocolate into pieces, cut the butter into cubes. Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath until smooth. Remove from the water bath and add 200 g of brown sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir with a whisk. Allow the mass to cool slightly, for 10 minutes.
  3. Sift the flour with salt, baking soda and baking powder. Add eggs and egg whites to the cooled chocolate mass, mix with a whisk.
  4. Cover a rectangular or square shape of 21 x 21 cm with parchment paper and grease with vegetable oil. Spread 3/4 of the chocolate dough. Put the cheese mass on top.
  5. Cover with the remaining chocolate dough, take a wooden skewer and swipe the dough several times in any direction to get a marble pattern.
  6. Put the blackberries and blueberries and press the berry into the dough. Place the mold in a preheated 160 degree oven and bake for about 50-60 minutes. The edges of the cake should grip, and the middle should be slightly elastic to the touch, but not firm. If you check with a match, you should get a small amount of stuck wet crumbs.
  7. Cool, remove the parchment, cut the brownies into small pieces. Enjoy it!!!
