Prepare the meat. I have 3 pork steaks. Cut each steak lengthwise into 2 pieces. It turns out 6 thin plates of meat.
Put each steak in a transparent bag and lightly whisk on both sides.
Sprinkle the meat plate with seasoning, salt and pepper.
Lubricate 2 molds with mayonnaise (preferably mustard).
Place the meat plates in a circle. It takes me 3 plates of meat for each mold. A plate of meat for the convenience of layout can be cut (each) into 2 parts.
Put a plate of melted cheese on the bottom, I have cheese for toast. The cheese should melt. Thanks to the melted cheese, the bun holds its shape well.
Fry in vegetable oil, cut into cubes-onions until transparent and slices – mushrooms until soft. Add the squeezed garlic to the fried vegetables.
Spread the mushroom mixture on the cheese.
Add finely chopped pickles.
Put cold butter on a thin plate.
Spread out and tamp the boiled and grated potatoes on a coarse grater. Pre-salt the potatoes, you can add dry seasoning.
Cover the potatoes with meat plates, turn them over and form a bun.
Put the foil in a baking dish and brush with vegetable oil. Lay out the balls and smear with mayonnaise.
Send the form with the balls to a preheated 180 C oven and bake the meat until cooked (~ 45 minutes).
Decorate the cooked koloboks with plates of melted cheese and sprinkle (a little) fried black sesame or cumin on top. Sesame and cumin optional. The balls are served with a salad of vegetables and herbs.
Enjoy your meal!
