Instructions
  1. The meat is boiled, baked or cooked in any usual way. You can also use ready-made meat, bought in the store, to your taste! So, cut the meat into thin slices. Peel the nuts, chop them coarsely with a knife.
  2. Prunes and dried apricots cut into pieces.
  3. Pour the yogurt into a bowl. Add feta to it.
  4. Then add dried apricots and prunes. Season a little with spices.
  5. Soak the gelatin (according to the instructions on the package). Bring 2 tablespoons of milk to a boil, remove from heat and dissolve the gelatin in it. Pour the milk with gelatin into the yogurt mass. If the mass is too liquid, put it in the refrigerator for 5 minutes so that it begins to thicken.
  6. Cover the form with cling film. Lay out the first layer of meat slices.
  7. Spread the yogurt mass on the meat. Sprinkle with nuts. Repeat, alternating layers.
  8. Put the terrine in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Prepare the terrine and turn it over on a plate. Carefully remove the plastic wrap. Decorate according to your taste and serve to the table.
