Mix semolina with sour cream and let it swell for 15-20 minutes. Mix semolina with minced meat, egg, salt and pepper. Knead everything thoroughly. Form small meatballs the size of walnuts.
Fry the meatballs in a hot pan, greased with vegetable oil, on 2 sides.
In the pan where the meatballs were fried, put the onion cut into half rings. Fry for 5 minutes, then put the chopped bell pepper and fry for another 2-3 minutes, then the string beans and continue to fry for 2-3 minutes.
Squeeze the juice out of the lemon. Mix it with teriyaki, tomato paste, and seasonings.
Add half of the sauce to the vegetables. Warm everything up for a few minutes, stirring. Straighten with salt and spices. Add meatballs. Pour the second half of the sauce. Mix everything very carefully.
Warm everything up together for a few minutes. Done.
