Instructions
Prepare all the ingredients.
Peel the onion and cut it into cubes.
1 clove of garlic finely shred.
Put the minced meat and onion in a bowl. garlic, salt, spices, dried dill and one egg. Mix everything thoroughly.
We begin to collect the dish. In a bowl of hot water, spread the noodle nests for 30 seconds. Then we put it in a heat-resistant form.
In the center of each nest, we lay out a ball of minced meat.
Prepare the sauce. In a bowl, pour 700 ml of water. Add tomato paste and sour cream. Mix everything thoroughly.
The resulting sauce is poured into the nests with minced meat.
We send it to the oven for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees.
Grate the cheese and sprinkle the nests with grated cheese 10 minutes before cooking.
The dish is ready. I usually serve it with a light vegetable salad or with just sliced vegetables. Bon appetit.
