Preparing the filling. In the photo, I showed, in comparison with a matchbox, what kind of onion I prepared for filling in a pie. Pour the oil into a frying pan, put it on the stove, heat it up and put the finely chopped onion. Fry a little until soft. Do not fry too much, otherwise it will turn out tasteless. To the onion, spread the white cabbage, also finely chopped. Cook until tender. I didn’t fry much, I did it on minimal heat with the lid closed. At the end, add salt and pepper. Pepper is not necessary if there are children there. I sprinkle it with ground cayenne pepper.
