Today I’m going to make yeast dough. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, sugar, salt and yeast.
Make a well in the flour and pour in warm water. Add olive oil. I always add only olive oil! First, knead the dough with a silicone spatula, then work with your hands. The dough does not stick to your hands, it is soft and pliable.
Form a ball of dough, put it in an enameled bowl and put it in a warm place. I always preheat the oven. The ideal temperature is 50 C. Cover the dishes with a towel and let the dough stand for 30-35 minutes.
While the dough is cooking, prepare the products for the filling and sauce. Put the shrimp in a bowl and pour boiling water.
Prepare tomato sauce if there is no pizza sauce pan in the house. You can have tomato paste, I have sauce. I added finely chopped garlic and oregano to it. Link.
Grate the parmesan on a medium-sized grater.
The dough rose and increased in size. Take it out of the mold and knead it. Working with your hands, form a thin cake. The dough turns out to be very elastic and stretches well. I took the form D-30 cm. Stretched the cake across the plane of the circle. If the dough sticks to your hands a little, you can lubricate it with oil. Spread the sauce over the dough and lubricate the entire surface with it, again using a silicone spatula (very convenient to work with!).
Put mozzarella balls cut in half on the sauce, and between them – shrimps, peeled and dried with a paper towel. Olives are also cut in half and spread over the entire surface, too. Sprinkle with dry basil, if it is not fresh.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of the pizza. We put it in the oven preheated to the maximum temperature for 7-10 minutes. Focus on your oven.
Ready. I put the pizza on a wooden circle. To serve.
