  1. Put the meat in a container, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Prepare the marinade. Mix orange and lemon juice, add balsamic and apple cider vinegar. Then add olive oil, salt and pepper mixture and mix well. Add cranberry jam, honey, garlic, passed through a press, and mix everything again.
  3. Pour the marinade over the meat and put it in the refrigerator for at least two hours, turning it over at the same time.
  4. Preheat the grill pan. Remove the marinade from the meat so that it does not burn, and fry on medium heat from 2 sides until tender, on low heat. Transfer to a plate and cover so that the meat juice is well distributed over the meat.
  5. Grease a frying pan with oil, put rings and orange slices on it, warm it up, turning it over.
  6. Serve the meat on orange rings and put the pieces on top of the meat. Boil the remaining marinade and pour it over the meat. Enjoy your meal!
