I offer you a very delicious fresh salad. This is a wonderful combination of all products, seasoned with a light and delicious sauce, and pickled onions add piquancy to the salad. It looks beautiful and bright on a festive table. But we often cook it on weekdays. It is prepared quickly and from available products.

  1. Divide the pepper in half into yellow and red. Cut one part into short strips, and the other into long strips, spread out in different bowls. From tomatoes of hard varieties, type cream, remove the pulp, blot with a paper towel and cut into strips.
  2. Boiled egg whites cut into strips. Crab sticks in an oblique way – a long straw. Cut the onion into half rings.
  3. Marinate the onion, adding sugar and lemon juice. Shake your hands slightly and set aside.
  4. Prepare the sauce. In a bowl, add all the ingredients – sour cream, boiled egg yolks mashed with a fork, crushed garlic, mustard seeds, paprika, salt. Mix thoroughly to get a homogeneous mass. I will stop at sour cream, it should be thick so that the spoon will stand, at least, hang it in gauze overnight. Or take less in weight so that the salad can keep its shape. You can add mayonnaise or yogurt.
  5. In a large bowl or salad bowl, put all the chopped products – tomatoes, egg whites, crab sticks, bell pepper – cut into short strips, juice and sauce squeezed from onions, mix everything thoroughly. Try it to your taste.
  6. Put a serving ring on a plate, lay the whole salad tightly. Spread the bell pepper on top in a circle. Carefully remove the ring.
  7. For a festive decoration, prepare a lace of chips. To do this, pour water into a bowl, add flour and vegetable oil, a small pinch of salt. Thoroughly, intensively whisk with a whisk.
  8. Heat a non-stick frying pan well, stir the mixture again, pour a little into the pan and cover with a sprinkling net. It will crackle and splash, but keep the pan on the fire until the crackling stops and until it turns golden. Remove the patch from the napkin. Drain the oil from the pan, wipe it dry with a napkin, put it on the fire, warm it up a little. Mix the mixture thoroughly again and pour part into the mold, cover with a grate, etc. It turns out 2-4 bones, depending on the size of the shape.
  9. Break the chips into pieces of different sizes and decorate the salad. Enjoy your meal!
