  1. Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water. Drain the water, mash the potatoes in mashed potatoes, add 200 ml of warm milk, mix well. Cool the mass.
  2. In the cooled mashed potatoes, beat the eggs one by one, pepper, add a little salt, add the remaining 100 ml of milk, mix thoroughly. Add flour and knead a thin dough with a spoon.
  3. Lubricate the pancake mold with vegetable oil and heat it up. Bake 4 cakes. Check the cooking time as follows: pour the dough into a hot frying pan, it should turn out quite thick, so carefully level it with a spoon. Cover the pan with a lid and fry over medium heat. As soon as the top of the dough “tightens up”, becomes matte, and not shiny, turn the pancake over.
  4. Fry the cakes on both sides until golden brown.
  5. This volume of dough should make 4 cakes. Their number will depend on the diameter of the pan.
  6. While our cakes are cooling down, prepare a cream pate: put Adyghe cheese, boiled eggs, dill greens (leave some greens to decorate the cake), a pinch of salt and chicken pate in the bowl of the combine. You can experiment with pate, that is, take any one that you like – chicken, turkey, liver or even fish … it still turns out very tasty!
  7. I got a delicate and fragrant cream for the cake layer, and a reliable assistant helped me with this – a food processor.
  8. Put the resulting cream in a bowl, add the bell pepper, cut into small cubes. Mix it.
  9. Lubricate all the cakes evenly with cream.
  10. Brush the top cake with sour cream or mayonnaise, sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
  11. Garnish with slices of bell pepper and serve to the table! The pie does not have to be left to soak, it turns out soft and juicy anyway!
  12. Well, if you put it in the refrigerator for a while, the cake will become even tastier, and the cakes will be soaked with the aroma of cream!
