Steaks with Rosemary and Wine Sauce Recipe
For my sons, when it comes to meat, it’s meat cooked in chunks! Well, how not to cook meat for the festive table? This means that it should be festive, that is, different from the options that we prepare on other days. I found it, where the variety in taste is brought by a sauce of rosemary and red wine with jam and honey, which is served with steaks.

  1. Wash and dry the steaks. Pass the garlic through a press or finely chop it with a knife. Slice half the rosemary.
  2. Season each steak to taste with salt and pepper and rub with garlic.
  3. Put all the steaks in a bowl or bag, add the chopped rosemary. Leave it on for at least half an hour.
  4. Fry the steaks on both sides in olive oil. Put it on a platter.
  5. Fry the flour in the same oil, pour in the wine and vegetable broth. Add the remaining rosemary (with a sprig), jam and honey and cook until thickened over low heat.
  6. Serve steaks with your favorite side dish and sauce.
