  1. Cakes can be prepared by yourself. I gave you the ingredients to make it. Today I want to tell you more about the tortilla filling. I’ll take the ready-made buns that are sold in all supermarkets. Their diameter is 24 cm, and the number of products is calculated just for 3 granules of this size. These cakes are very convenient for quick preparation of tortillas with filling. Tortillas are corn and wheat. Prepare the products for the tortilla filling.
  2. I poured 1 tablespoon of olive oil into a frying pan, warmed it up and put garlic cloves cut in half across. Hold the garlic cloves in the oil for a minute so that they give flavor to the oil.
  3. Fry the fragrant zucchini in oil, cut into small cubes. I haven’t taken out the garlic cloves yet, I just pushed them aside. I’ll put them away later.
  4. Fry the zucchini for a couple of minutes, add finely chopped pepper. I use both red and green colors. Fry for another minute.
  5. Add the diced tomato. That’s where I took the garlic and mixed it. Cook the vegetables for 5 minutes until the liquid evaporates. Salt. Put the filling in a bowl.
  6. In the same pan, I poured 1 tbsp.l. olive oil, put the onion, chopped arbitrarily. Fry it until soft.
  7. Put the chopped boiled turkey breast to it. Stir and remove from heat. We have everything ready for the filling.
  8. I use ready-made tortillas, and I need to warm them up a little. I will do this in the oven, preheated to t-180 C, and literally hold each cake for 1 minute. Do not dry them, because you will not wrap them in them later! Cakes can be heated in any dry frying pan without using the oven.
  9. Wrap the cakes with stuffing. I’m going to sprinkle some hot red pepper on the pie. GRATE the cheese on a medium-sized grater. Spread half of the grated cheese on the cake. Cheese-with vegetables, vegetables -with turkey and onions, sprinkle with herbs. I use fennel. Sprinkle the last layer with cheese again.
  10. Set the layers this way.
  11. Tortillas should be fried in a dry frying pan on both sides. To make them beautiful, I will use a frying pan. They will be striped. If there is no such frying pan, use any one.
  12. Serve hot. For tortillas, I cook a simple sauce moderately spicy. To serve.
  13. We eat this delicious pie by adding sauce. It’s great to bake such cakes in nature, treat guests, a wonderful snack, and just eat at least sometimes such a thing! Very tasty!
