Instructions
  1. Insert a chopping knife into the bowl of the combine, put out the products: liver, carrots, zucchini, onion, garlic, chop until completely crushed. It will only take one and a half to two minutes.
  2. In the crushed mass, add pepper, salt (I have Adyghe), flour, soda, egg – beat for a few more seconds, the dough will turn out liquid.
  3. Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil and bake the same pancakes on low heat.
  4. Here is such a mountain of pancakes turned out. Let them cool completely. I used to fry pancakes, cut out circles, and now I decided to bake pancakes right away.
  5. Divide the boiled eggs into whites /yolks and grate on a medium grater in different bowls.
  6. In another bowl, rub the hard cheese, add mayonnaise, chop any greens, I took a sprig – dill, parsley, cilantro, mix.
  7. I’ll bake a stack of three pancakes. Lightly spread the cheese mixture on two pancakes, lay them on top of each other and cover with a third.
  8. Add the coconut chips to the grated proteins and mix. The proteins are moist, and the chips will make them slightly dry.
  9. Take the stacked pancakes, grease the sides with mayonnaise with a brush and roll them in proteins.
  10. Simply brush the top of the pancakes with mayonnaise and garnish with yolks.
  11. Before serving, place on lettuce leaves and garnish with rings of cherry tomatoes. Enjoy your meal!
