  1. Peel the potatoes and cook until tender. In the photo it seems that there are a lot of potatoes, but it is small and photographed in close-up. Mash the potatoes in mashed potatoes.
  2. Finely chop the onion. Heat the oil and fry the onion for about 5 minutes, then add the minced meat and fry until soft. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Add the mashed potatoes and mix well.
  3. Mix eggs, water, milk and butter.
  4. Place a portion of the dough on the bottom of a baking sheet with high sides. Spread out so that the edges hang down. Pour a little filling and put half of the filling. Then lay out part of the dough and pour out the filling again, then the filling again and the last part of the dough.
  5. Cover with hanging edges, lay out all the filling and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  6. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. and bake until golden brown. It will take about 40 minutes. Look at the oven, because the pie will be golden, so it’s ready.
