For my taste, the combination of chocolate and banana, as always, is a win-win. And if you add caramel to it? It turns out such a pie!

Instructions
  1. Sift the flour with baking powder and cocoa. Fry the nuts in a dry frying pan, peel and chop coarsely.
  2. We puree three bananas with a blender, I got 270 g of mashed potatoes.
  3. Mix flour, cocoa, sugar, add banana puree.
  4. Pour soy sauce over it.
  5. Add sunflower oil and mix well, I did it with a mixer. Pour boiling water, mix.
  6. Add the hazelnuts, mix quickly.
  7. Put the dough into a mold, if the mold is not silicone, then pre-cover it with baking paper.
  8. Bake at 190 degrees until the sticks dry, it took me 40 minutes. Cool a little and cut into squares.
  9. In the meantime, let’s get on with caramelized bananas. Cut the banana into 0.8-1 cm thick slices.
  10. Pour sugar into a frying pan with a thick bottom and put it on medium heat. As soon as the sugar starts to melt, reduce the heat. Do not disturb! Sometimes you can shake the pan so that the sugar melts evenly.
  11. When the sugar melts, pour over the sauce. Return back to the stove, mix so that the caramel becomes homogeneous. Minimal fire. The amount of sauce can be adjusted to your liking. If you decide to add less sauce, then add a little hot water to the caramel. Teriyaki marinade sauce gives caramel a special shade, bananas with such caramel can be served as a separate dessert, it’s very tasty.
  12. Put the bananas in the caramel in one layer, cook for about 2 minutes on each side. One big banana was enough for me to decorate all the cakes, so as for the stock, I take two. But then you will need a bigger frying pan or repeat the process twice.
  13. Put 2-3 slices of banana on each cake and serve to the table.
