Instructions
  1. First prepare the pudding. Mix cold milk with pudding powder and sugar. Mix everything and put it on the fire to cook until thickened. If you don’t have blueberry pudding, take a regular one, and then add blueberry puree, for example, 50 gr. Well, in general, look at the color saturation. So, we boil our pudding, remove it from the fire, cover it with a film and put it to cool. I put it in cold water. We’ll need some warm pudding.
  2. Knead the dough. Divide the eggs into yolks and whites. Whisk the egg whites until peaks form.
  3. Whisk the yolks with white sugar. Add oil and water. Next, add flour with baking powder and vanilla.
  4. Add our egg whites. And mix everything carefully.
  5. Pour 1/3 of the dough into another bowl and add cocoa.
  6. Take a shape measuring 24 by 35 cm. Cover with paper, pour out a light dough.
  7. And pour the dark dough on top randomly.
  8. Then spread our pudding on top with a spoon. Take a half spoon. Put in the oven to bake at 160 gr. for 30 minutes. But look at your oven. You may need more time. The pie should be browned.
  9. Take out the finished cake and let it cool completely.
  10. Mix sour cream with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. (I do this when baking a cake, mix sour cream with sugar. baking powder and put in the refrigerator.) Pour in the cooled cream. Smooth it out and let it stand in the refrigerator for a while. You can sprinkle with grated chocolate. Or pour chocolate over it. It’s better if the kitchen stays overnight. A delicious pie, especially if it’s hot in the refrigerator right now…
  11. Bon appetit.
