  1. Take a medium-sized pumpkin, cut off the hat. I have a large one, so I cut a piece from it in one piece, removed the tail. Defrost the puff pastry.
  2. Use a spoon to remove the seeds. Salvation of the flesh. Brush inside and out with olive oil, season with salt and pepper inside. Lubricate the bottom of the mold with oil. Bake for 45 minutes at a temperature of 180 g.
  3. Peel the onion and garlic. Peel the chili peppers from the seeds. Grind everything in a blender.
  4. And fry in olive oil for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Chop the mushrooms and add them to the onion, fry until soft. Pour in the wine, bring to a boil.
  6. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Mix flour with water. Remove the pan from the heat, add the diluted flour, cheese, stir until it melts. Pour in the cream and mix well again.
  7. The pumpkin was baked.
  8. Peel the walnuts and 3 tablespoons of pumpkin pulp in a blender.
  9. Sprinkle the dough with flour, roll out in one direction. Put the pumpkin and nuts filling on one half. Cover with the other half and roll out again.
  10. Cut across strips 1.5 cm wide, twist into a spiral.
  11. Place on a greased baking sheet, grease with egg yolk, sprinkle with cumin. Bake for 15 minutes at a temperature of 180 g. until golden brown.
  12. While the stick is being prepared, you can lightly decorate the pumpkin. Cut the edges zigzag, make holes in them.
  13. Chopsticks are ready! You can use ordinary skewers with bread, but edible “forks” are tastier! Serve fondue hot, if necessary, preheat under the grill.
