  1. Mix the sifted flour with baking powder.
  2. Mix it.
  3. Add the butter.
  4. Grind into crumbs.
  5. Add sugar.
  6. Add the egg yolk.
  7. Knead a soft dough.
  8. And divide it into two parts.
  9. 1/3 of the dough is sent to the freezer.
  10. For the filling, we scroll the cottage cheese through a meat grinder.

  13. Whisk well into a homogeneous mass.
