Instructions
Cut the cauliflower into very small inflorescences.
Cut the cheese into small cubes.
Mix cauliflower, cheese, egg and basil.
The resulting mixture is spread in silicone molds.
Slice the celery stalk and cherry tomatoes.
Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper and fry until soft.
Add the cherry tomatoes and celery stalk. Fry, add white wine and lightly blanch.
Put all the ingredients on a platter, garnish with fresh herbs pesto sauce.
