Prepare the marinade. Mix in
in a separate container, mix olive oil, honey,
soy sauce, lime juice, nutmeg, sweet paprika and garlic, passed
through a press. Chicken fillet is well smeared with marinade and left to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Next, put the chicken breast in a mold or on a baking sheet
covered with baking paper, and send it to the oven, preheated to 220 degrees, for 20 minutes.
