  2. I have a large marshmallow, so we cut it in half and put it in the freezer for about an hour.
  3. Mix flour, salt, cocoa powder and baking powder, sift.
  4. In the recipe I use brown sugar.
  5. And also add sugar cane.
  6. Add vegetable oil and beat with a mixer.
  7. Add one egg, beat with a mixer for five minutes.
  8. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
  9. Pour all the dry ingredients into the whipped mass at once.
  10. Knead the dough, add the melted chocolate and mix.
  11. Take a small amount of dough (about 25 -30 g), roll a ball, make a cake, put marshmallows in the middle, pinch and roll the ball. The dough turns out to be a little sticky, so periodically moisten your hands with water.
  12. Roll the resulting ball in brown sugar.
  13. Put the cookies on a non-stick mat or parchment, put them in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. The baking time is 5 minutes.
  14. When baking, the cookies will crack a little.
  15. And inside – marshmallow filling.
