Marshmallow marshmallow chocolate chip cookies with a stretching middle are perfect for a tea party with family or friends. The sugar crust on top makes the cookies delicious and crunchy.
I have a large marshmallow, so we cut it in half and put it in the freezer for about an hour.
Mix flour, salt, cocoa powder and baking powder, sift.
In the recipe I use brown sugar.
And also add sugar cane.
Add vegetable oil and beat with a mixer.
Add one egg, beat with a mixer for five minutes.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Pour all the dry ingredients into the whipped mass at once.
Knead the dough, add the melted chocolate and mix.
Take a small amount of dough (about 25 -30 g), roll a ball, make a cake, put marshmallows in the middle, pinch and roll the ball. The dough turns out to be a little sticky, so periodically moisten your hands with water.
Roll the resulting ball in brown sugar.
Put the cookies on a non-stick mat or parchment, put them in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. The baking time is 5 minutes.
