In softened margarine (room temperature), add well-mashed cottage cheese. Mix everything thoroughly and add sugar.
Eggs were added, and once again everything was thoroughly mixed. Then I added vanilla, soda and flour. The dough is mixed and divided into four equal parts.
I had four kinds of toppings. And I decided to cook four types of cheese sponge cake in one pan.
In each divided part of the dough I put, respectively, raisins, nuts, cherries and cocoa.
Bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
When the pie cools down, cut it into small cubes.
In a water bath, I melted chocolate with butter. I added brandy and cream. And poured the chocolate into the fondue.
