  1. In softened margarine (room temperature), add well-mashed cottage cheese. Mix everything thoroughly and add sugar.
  2. Eggs were added, and once again everything was thoroughly mixed. Then I added vanilla, soda and flour. The dough is mixed and divided into four equal parts.
  3. I had four kinds of toppings. And I decided to cook four types of cheese sponge cake in one pan.
  4. In each divided part of the dough I put, respectively, raisins, nuts, cherries and cocoa.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
  6. When the pie cools down, cut it into small cubes.
  7. In a water bath, I melted chocolate with butter. I added brandy and cream. And poured the chocolate into the fondue.
  8. Fruits are washed, peeled and cut into small cubes.
  9. The delicate taste of chocolate with cognac gave the fruit a unique taste.
